HOA Christmas Light Installation

Christmas lighting for homeowners associations across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Entrances, clubhouses and common areas designed, installed, maintained, taken down and stored, with one point of contact and one invoice.

For Boards and Property Managers

A Board Is Not the Same Buyer as a Homeowner

An association spends money that belongs to its residents, decides by committee, and has to be able to explain the decision afterwards. We work to that reality rather than against it: a price you can take to a meeting, documentation for your records, and a display that looks the same in year three as it did in year one.

What We Light in a Community

Most associations start at the entrance and work inward as the budget allows.

Neighborhood entrances

The entrance is the one thing every resident and every visitor passes. Monument signs, entry columns, gatehouses and the trees framing the approach are where a community display earns its budget.

Clubhouse and amenity buildings

Rooflines, columns, porches and railings on the clubhouse, pool house or amenity center, the buildings residents actually gather at through December.

Common areas and streetscape

Median trees, common green space, walking paths and the specimen trees that carry a streetscape after dark.

Gates, guardhouses and signage

Smaller structures that read from a distance and tie the whole entrance together.

Amenity and event spaces

Pools, pavilions and gathering areas, lit for the season or for a specific community event.

Resident homes, separately

Plenty of residents want their own home done once they have seen the common areas. Those are quoted individually and billed to the homeowner, not the association.

Why Community Displays Fail

Consistency Is the Whole Point

A community display does not fail because it is too small. It fails because it is piecemeal. One entrance done in warm white, a clubhouse done in cool white by a different contractor, and a section that was skipped when the budget ran out. Residents notice the mismatch long before they notice the scale.

We design the community as one thing. Colour temperature, bulb type, spacing and mounting are consistent from the entrance to the clubhouse, and every strand is cut to the structure it goes on rather than pulled off a shelf in a fixed length. If the budget only covers the entrance this year, we design so that next year extends it instead of clashing with it.

Because we store the lights off season and keep the design on file, the same display goes back up next year without a new board having to rebuild the decision from nothing.

  • One design across every structure
  • Phased so later years extend rather than clash
  • Stored and repeatable year to year

I reached out to Red Nose after previously using a different provider who didn’t meet my expectations. Working with Miles on the design team to make my house exactly what I wanted was pleasant and easy. Their crew was out soon after to install and did a fantastic job. When a couple lights went out a week before Christmas; they came out the same day to fix them. I highly recommend

Rebecca Wood

Fast and clear communication. Love that they were eager to make my dreams come true. Great service overall!

McKinsey Massey

Noticed Red Nose Lites based on the respect they have for neighborhood traffic-work trucks on roads/signage. I knew their lights were great, but the courtesy really impressed me. Quoting, response time, installation timing-all have been amazing. After installation, communication continued to exceed my expectations. A rare find these days and would highly recommend.

Red Nose Lights is a fantastic company. The gigantic tree that they put colored lights on in our yard was beautiful! They were fast, efficient and very responsive. I recommend them 100%.

Lloyd Wilson

This is my second year using Red Nose Lites, and I must say that they continue to impress me. I had gotten a quote from another local company and after they were unable to fulfill their obligation, I called Riley at Red Nose. They were able to have my lights installed the next day and cost significantly less than the other company’s quote!! I will absolutely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them!

How Working With Us Actually Goes

One point of contact

Whoever the association puts in charge deals with one person here, not a rota. Nobody has to relay questions through three people.

A number you can take to a meeting

We can price the community on a phone call, so you can bring a real figure to a board or budget meeting without committing to anything first.

Documentation for your records

Our crews are insured and we can provide proof of insurance before work starts, which is usually the first thing a board asks for.

Scheduling around residents

Installs are scheduled so access, noise and parking are the least disruptive we can make them.

Everything included in one price

Design, custom cut commercial grade LED, installation by insured crews, in season maintenance, takedown and off season storage. One invoice, not six.

No long-term commitment

No contracts. If the association wants a different direction next year, that is a conversation, not a penalty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work directly with HOA boards and property managers?

Yes. We work with whoever the association puts in charge, a board member, a committee chair or a management company, and we keep one point of contact so nobody is chasing updates through three people.

Can you give us a price before we take it to the board?

Yes. Call us on (615) 595-9686 and we can price it on the phone, so you have a number to bring to a meeting without booking anything first. If the community is large or you would rather we walked it, we will come out.

Can you provide proof of insurance for our association?

Yes. Our crews are insured and we can provide documentation for your records before any work starts.

How far ahead should an association book?

Earlier than a homeowner would. Associations usually need a budget approved and a decision minuted before anything can be signed, and our install calendar fills before Thanksgiving. September or October gives you room for both.

Do you handle takedown and storage for the community?

Yes, both are included. We remove everything after the holidays and store the lights, labeled, so the association is not finding storage space for them.

What happens if something goes dark during the season?

Call, text or email us and we fix it within 24 hours at no extra charge. On a community display that matters more than on a single home, because a dark entrance is the first thing residents notice.

Can the display stay consistent year to year?

Yes, and it usually should. Because we store the lights and keep the design on file, a community can repeat the same display without redesigning it every autumn or explaining it to a new board from scratch.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. There are no contracts and no long-term commitments. Book us for one season or for many.
